Oversee execution of structural works on site to ensure alignment with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor and track project progress, schedules, and milestones related to structural and civil works.
Coordinate structural design reviews across relevant disciplines and stakeholders.
Coordinate site inspections with inspection teams and ensure compliance with structural requirements.
Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and participation throughout project phases.
Lead and coordinate site walkthroughs and technical inspections.
Review and approve construction-related submissions including material submittals, RFIs, variation orders, and contractor invoices.
Maintain, organize, and archive structural and construction documentation in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate project closeout activities including punch lists, documentation, and final handover requirements.
Liaise with authorities to support updates and maintenance of masterplans and infrastructure records.
Review and recommend approval of contractor invoices and related commercial submissions.
Attend project, design, and site meetings; prepare or review minutes and provide updates to management.
Ensure all structural works are executed in accordance with approved scope of work and project requirements.
Ensure scope documents are reviewed and aligned with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and updates for management and senior stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with international structural engineering codes and standards.
Support construction compliance activities related to civil and structural engineering works.
Review designs and construction progress at various stages to ensure compliance with codes, drawings, and project requirements.
Participate in planning and compliance reviews during project initiation and planning phases.
Demonstrate sound technical judgment in accepting or rejecting construction works and methodologies based on approved standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to the department and project teams as required
