We’re Hiring: Structural Draftsman / Structural BIM Modeler
Location: Dubai, UAE
Joining: Immediate (Candidate must be available to join within one week)
Division International Engineering Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Draftsman / Structural BIM Modeler to join our growing team in Dubai. We are looking for a professional with extensive UAE experience who can contribute immediately to the delivery of high-quality structural engineering projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of structural drafting and BIM modeling experience in Dubai, UAE.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Available to join within one week.
- Strong experience in RCC (Reinforced Concrete) structural drafting.
- Extensive knowledge of Dubai authorities’ submission requirements, including preparation of authority-compliant structural drawings.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structural) and AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience in Structural BIM Modeling and coordination.
- Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or high-rise projects in Dubai.
- Ability to prepare detailed structural shop drawings, GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering standards, drafting practices, and BIM workflows.
- Excellent coordination skills with architects, MEP engineers, and structural design engineers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Nakheel, and other UAE authority requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
