Job Summary ConsultantHSS (CHSS) is seeking a qualified Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for the analysis, design, and coordination of structural systems for a variety of infrastructure and building projects, ensuring all designs meet local authority standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and detailed drawings for complex projects.
- Ensure all structural solutions comply with Dubai building codes, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
- Manage authority submissions and facilitate the approval process for structural works.
- Provide technical support during site inspections, construction, and commissioning stages.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or similar design role.
- Local Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Dubai authority regulations, engineering standards, and submission requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools; proven ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination.
