Job Description:
We are a leading provider of IT Services and Support in the UAE, seeking a dedicated and reliable IT Helper with driving license to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing deliveries across the UAE and providing on-site assistance to our technical team when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT equipment, tools, and supplies across the UAE.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory handled.
Assist the technical team on-site with setup, installation, and other tasks as required.
Inspect and maintain the company vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with UAE regulations.
Follow safety protocols and ensure secure handling of equipment during transportation and on-site.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries or site visits.
Requirements:
Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with UAE roads and routes.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when needed.
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when necessary.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
