The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused Structural Engineer tojoin our teamat our Riyadh office, to play a leading role in the design of some of the mostexcitingand prestigious construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally, across a variety of sectors including hospitality, entertainment, mixed-use, high-rise towers, complex structures, industrial, and residential.
We have a fantastic pipeline of work which includes giga projects across the Kingdom and around the world.
You will take a senior leading role within a team of expert engineers and technicians and work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically excellent, profitable projects. You will have the opportunity to develop new and nurture existing client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business, and will use your wealth of expertise and determination to manage, motivate, and inspire less experienced engineers.
In addition, you will participate in bidding on new opportunities, be responsible for the project and discipline commercial management of the structures department, and act as the structural lead for the Riyadh office.

The Skills
A chartered engineer (CEng or equivalent), and accredited with a degree (or equivalent) in structural or civil engineering, you have gained significant practical experience in the Middle East in structural engineering within a consultancy environment, and an accomplished level of relevant skills in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP
2000, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of the Saudi Building Codes, American, and International Building Codes is mandatory. In addition, be very proficient with report writing and presentation skills.
You have a portfolio of experience demonstrating your quality and client-focused approach, and have consistently demonstratedyour abilityto manage multiple large-scale projects and less experienced engineers to deliver to, and exceed client expectations. Crucially, you have a passion for creative, sustainable, and intuitive design.
