Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Lead the annual corporate strategy review and refresh
  • Translate long-term strategic objectives into actionable initiatives with defined KPIs, milestones, timelines, and accountable owners
  • Develop and manage the corporate Balanced Scorecard and enterprise performance framework
  • Monitor strategic KPIs and provide regular executive performance reporting
  • Conduct market research, strategic assessments, benchmarking, and business case development to identify new growth opportunities

Transformation Program Leadership

  • Establish and lead the enterprise Transformation Office and strategic transformation roadmap
  • Convert strategic priorities into enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Drive value realization across transformation programs, ensuring measurable financial and operational benefits
  • Monitor revenue growth, cost optimization, productivity improvements, and strategic outcomes
  • Track financial and non-financial benefits to support executive decision-making

Enterprise Governance & Strategic Alignment

  • Lead enterprise-wide strategy governance across executive leadership teams and business functions
  • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, governance forums, portfolio reviews, and executive decision-making sessions
  • Ensure transparent reporting through executive dashboards, performance reports, and Board presentations
  • Manage strategic risks, dependencies, and issue escalation across transformation initiatives

Portfolio Delivery & Performance Management

  • Oversee execution of enterprise initiatives, including operational excellence, cost optimization, digital transformation, service improvement, go-to-market enhancement, workforce transformation, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Validate business cases and ensure disciplined portfolio execution
  • Monitor enterprise performance and proactively remove delivery obstacles

Organizational Capability & Change Management

  • Develop internal strategy and transformation capabilities
  • Strengthen PMO governance, portfolio management, and performance management practices
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to implement effective change management frameworks
  • Promote organization-wide adoption of strategic initiatives and transformation objectives

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare Board reports, executive strategy reviews, and C-level presentations
  • Ensure alignment and communication across business functions
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and support informed strategic decision-making
  • Communicate transformation progress, risks, and key achievements to leadership

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Finance, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP)
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, enterprise PMO, strategic planning, and organizational transformation
  • Experience within shared services, BPO, consulting, or large corporate environments is preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise transformation programs with measurable business outcomes
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in governance, portfolio management, and value realization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence executive decision-making
  • GCC experience is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive presentation tools
  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 consulting, or operational organizations is Mandatory
