We are seeking for our highly esteemed PIF Manufacturing Client a high-caliber Strategy Manager to drive corporate strategy, business transformation, and strategic initiatives across the organization. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will play a critical part in translating long-term business objectives into executable plans while supporting major investment, growth, and operational excellence initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship industrial investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy aligned with business objectives and Vision 2030.
- Drive strategic planning, annual business planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, investments, and market expansion strategies.
- Build executive-level business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor strategic KPIs and present performance updates to executive leadership.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide strategic projects.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis.
- Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, and HR to ensure strategic alignment.
- Support Board, Executive Committee, and shareholder presentations.
- Develop governance frameworks and strategic reporting mechanisms.
Job Requisitions:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree from a recognized university is highly preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or Strategic Planning.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, chemicals, energy, mining, or large-scale infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
- Previous experience with PIF portfolio companies, giga projects, or leading consulting firms will be a significant advantage.
