Job Purpose:
The Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our Client and its affiliates in their growth journey. This position requires an understanding of investment and growth strategies, particularly within the realms of venture capital and startups.
Additionally, will provide strategic guidance to both Client and its affiliates, helping them scale operations effectively and attract investment opportunities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
➢ 8+ years of proven experience in venture capital, startups, or corporate strategy roles.
➢ Strong understanding of investment and growth strategies, with a track record of successfully guiding organizations in scaling operations.
➢ Proficiency in financial performance and corporate performance analysis.
➢ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
➢ Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive and board levels.
➢ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
➢ Knowledge of the regional market dynamics and investment landscape is a plus
