We are seeking a Strategy & Corporate Excellence Director to lead the development and execution of the Group's strategic agenda and ensure alignment between the Board's vision and operational execution across multiple entities. This role will be responsible for driving strategic planning, corporate performance, governance, and excellence initiatives, translating organizational priorities into measurable outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Chairman of the Board, the successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, fostering alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group's strategic planning cycle and oversee the development and execution of corporate strategy.
- Align strategies across entities and ensure effective cascading of objectives, KPIs, and performance measures.
- Drive corporate performance management through regular operational and strategic reviews.
- Oversee the governance and successful delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Lead corporate excellence efforts, including EFQM, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure robust corporate governance practices, including policy management and Board committee support.
- Partner with executive leadership and the Chairman to drive alignment on strategic priorities and business outcomes.
- Build and develop a high-performing Strategy & Corporate Excellence team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Management Consulting, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership position.
- Proven experience leading strategy formulation, corporate performance management, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within multi-entity organizations, holding companies, or large conglomerates is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Balanced Scorecards, EFQM, project governance, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are considered an advantage.
