We're partnering with a leading organisation in Dubai that is seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to support a high-impact institutional transformation programme.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation who enjoy working closely with executive stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives and drive implementation.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the development of institutional strategy, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform strategic and academic decisions.
- Develop board-level presentations, executive briefing papers, and other high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with workstream leads, academic advisors, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Support the design, facilitation, and documentation of leadership workshops.
- Contribute to PMO governance, status reporting, dependency management, and overall programme execution.
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation, or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and facilitating strategic workshops.
- Strong programme coordination and stakeholder management experience.
- Previous exposure to higher education, public sector, or institutional transformation is advantageous.
Important:
- This is an onsite role based in Dubai.
- Candidates must already hold a valid UAE Golden Visa or equivalent work authorization.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
