Job Overview:
As a Strategy Consultant, our client is seeking a professional for a 3-month project to develop a comprehensive strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience working with businesses in cultural hubs and public libraries and should be familiar with strategies related to the ministry of culture. The consultant will analyze the current state, identify growth opportunities, and devise a tailored strategy to achieve the client’s business goals within this timeframe. Below are the detailed requirements and qualifications sought for the ideal candidate:
Requirements:
Scope of Work:
Conduct a thorough analysis of the client’s business, including market positioning, competitive landscape, and operational efficiency.
Identify key growth opportunities and potential risks.
Develop a clear, actionable, and measurable business strategy aligned with the client’s long-term goals.
Provide recommendations for improving processes, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer engagement.
Assist in the initial stages of strategy implementation, including setting up performance metrics and monitoring frameworks.
Project Duration:
This is a project-based engagement with an expected duration of 3 months.
The consultant should be available to start within 14 days after contract signage.
Industry Expertise:
Experience working with businesses in cultural hubs and public libraries.
Familiarity with ministry of culture strategy.
Deliverables:
A detailed business strategy report with actionable insights.
A roadmap for implementation, including timelines and key milestones.
Regular progress updates and performance metrics during the project.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in strategy consulting or a similar role, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies; experience working with businesses in cultural hubs, public libraries, and familiarity with ministry of culture strategy.
