Qatar Airways is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Ground Services team based in Doha as Manager of Strategy and Communications.

This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a leading aviation group, leading strategy formulation and communication initiatives for the Ground Services team.

Key Accountabilities

Drive strategic initiatives and lead internal communications within the Ground Services Division.

Develop and implement strategies supporting the division’s objectives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and translating business goals into actionable plans.

Serve as the main contact for internal communications, creating and delivering content to inform ground staff of policies, procedures, and operational updates effectively.

Advise senior leadership on strategic priorities, business planning, and communication strategies.

Monitor industry trends, benchmarking data, and emerging practices to improve decision-making and planning.

Support change management initiatives by creating communication plans that promote awareness and reporting activities.

Oversee brand consistency, staff engagement messaging, and leadership visibility.

Qualifications

High School Qualification with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Strong background in branding, marketing, or communications.

Proven experience in a similar communications role.

Experience in strategy support, corporate communication, or content creation.

Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe or similar).

Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.

Knowledge of KPI development and reporting frameworks is preferred.

Basic understanding of reporting and visualization using tools like Microsoft Power BI.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
