MBZUAI’s Strategy Team is looking for enthusiastic recent graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience to join as Strategy Analysts.
This distinctive role offers exposure to strategic operations across the university, with rotations in key functions such as marketing and communications, public affairs, the research office, and our newly established intelligence unit.
As a Strategy Analyst, you will develop strategic briefings and analyses covering essential topics including AI advancements, geopolitics, and economic trends, directly informing senior leadership decisions. Analysts will receive extensive professional development opportunities, formal and informal training, and mentorship designed to accelerate career growth and leadership capabilities.
Experience required:
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience preferably in high-performing environments such as management consulting, strategy advisory, or related fields
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
