About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our Strategy team and support initiatives through planning assistance, data analysis, performance tracking, and the preparation of reports within a collaborative professional environment.
Key Responsibilities (During the Training)
- Support the development of strategic plans and operational programs.
- Collect and analyze relevant business data (e.g., performance metrics, KPIs, trends).
- Prepare periodic reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring KPIs and updating dashboards when needed.
- Support special improvement projects aimed at enhancing performance and execution quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering (or a closely related field).
- Basic understanding of strategic planning and performance analysis concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (preferred: experience with reporting/dashboard tools).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
