- Support in developing the corporate strategy, translate strategy into objectives, targets, and plans, align sector strategies.
- Assist in defining performance metrics, support strategic initiatives, and coordinate with Communications for strategic engagement to enable the achievement of the organization’s mission and vision.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enable the achievement of the organization’s mission and vision.
- Translate the organization strategy into corporate objectives, initiatives, targets, and plans to enable the realization of the strategy.
- Develop division strategies in collaboration with division heads to align with the corporate strategy.
- Support in identifying and adopting corporate and division strategic initiatives, including change management, to contribute to the achievement of the organization objectives.
- Assist in defining a matrix to prioritize strategic initiatives based on pre-set criteria that would contribute to the achievement of corporate objectives and help orchestrate their implementation across the organization to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
- Coordinate with the Communications function to help develop a strategic communication and engagement plan and the strategy communication content to enhance internal and external understanding.
- Communicate the corporate strategy using different tools and channels to foster awareness and alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
- min of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy Planning, Consultancy or related field.
