Position Summary
Technopoint Technical Services LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage the daily operations of the company store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory of technical materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts required for maintenance and fit-out projects while ensuring accurate stock records and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, and equipment against delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and/or computerized inventory systems.
- Issue materials, tools, and consumables to technicians and project teams as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchasing Department of low-stock items for timely replenishment.
- Organize and maintain the store in a clean, safe, and systematic manner.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and participate in inventory audits.
- Prepare Goods Received Notes , Material Issue Notes , and other store-related documentation.
Requirements
- High School Certificate or Diploma (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a Maintenance, MEP, Construction, or Fit-Out company.
- Good knowledge of technical materials, tools, and spare parts used in maintenance and fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
