Key Responsibilities:
●Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, returns).
● Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory balance.
● Conduct periodic physical stock counts and full inventory audits.
● Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
● Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
● Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to maintain stock availability.
● Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete items.
● Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
● Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
● Support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
● 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or stock management.
