Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper with Facilities Management (FM) industry background to manage inventory, materials, tools, and spare parts. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material requests, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and maintain proper inventory control.
- Receive, inspect, and issue materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue records, and stock reports.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Arrange materials required for maintenance and FM operations.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of store items.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits.
- Track tools, equipment, and assets issued to employees.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in the Facilities Management industry.
- Knowledge of MEP materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Experience with inventory management systems/ERP software preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage stock accurately and work under pressure.
