Storekeeper cum Technician Jobs in Ras al-Khaimah at Bagu Tobacco Technology FZ-LLC
We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Store Keeper cum Technician to manage day-to-day store operations while providing basic technical and maintenance support. The ideal candidate should be organized, physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records and handling tools, spare parts, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, record, and properly store materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
- Issue materials and tools to technicians and other departments as required.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare requests for replenishment when necessary.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and properly labeled.
- Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Assist with basic installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work.
- Handle and maintain hand tools, power tools, equipment, and technical materials safely.
- Support technicians during maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure proper storage of hazardous or sensitive materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments regarding materials and spare parts.
- Perform other store and technical duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or general maintenance works.
- Experience handling tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
- Good organizational and inventory management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel or inventory software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle physically demanding tasks when required.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to identify tools, spare parts, and technical materials.
- Good attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Safety awareness and ability to follow workplace procedures.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED2,600.00 per month
