Hateen Group of companies is a dynamic and growing MEP company seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for a talented individual to contribute to our success.

Position Summary:

An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Project Manager oversees the planning, design, and execution of projects involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role involves managing all aspects of MEP installations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and oversee the design and installation of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with DEWA,CDC, SIRA, DU & ETISALAT, building codes, and safety regulations.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress and address issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Monitor project expenses and implement cost control measures.
Quality Assurance and Control:
Ensure the quality and functionality of MEP systems through regular inspections and testing.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in design and installation.
Implement quality control procedures and best practices.
Procurement and Vendor Management:
Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for materials and services.
Manage contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Oversee vendor performance and quality of work.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in MEP project management or a related field.
Skills:
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Working Conditions:

The role may require travel to various project sites.
Ability to work in both office and on-site environments.
Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to the Senior Project Manager or Director of Operations.
May supervise junior project managers, engineers, and administrative staff.
