Experienced Storekeeper – Waterproofing, Construction Chemicals & Building Materials
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in waterproofing materials, construction chemicals, and building materials, along with excellent inventory management skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in waterproofing, construction chemicals, or building materials industries.
- Prior UAE experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in inventory management and stock control systems.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, sealants, coatings, adhesives, and related construction products.
- Understanding of proper storage and handling procedures for construction chemicals.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Must know how to operate forklifts safely.
- Must be Arabic (native or fluent Arabic speaker).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Male candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of waterproofing materials and construction products.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Conduct routine stock checks and audits.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and compliance.
- Ensure proper storage of chemicals, waterproofing products, and building materials as per safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization within the store.
- Prepare inventory reports and assist in forecasting.
