We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure smooth storage operations in our warehouse in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials efficiently while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.

Ensure proper storage and labeling of products to prevent damage or loss.

Issue materials to staff and maintain proper documentation.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishments.

Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.

Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and follows safety regulations.

Handle deliveries, returns, and logistics coordination as needed.

Generate reports on stock movement, shortages, and discrepancies.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.

Skills:

Strong inventory management and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software (ERP systems preferred).

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Language: Fluency in English is required.
