Storekeeper Jobs in Ajman at Ejalo Cosmetics Trading LLC
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments of cosmetics and related products.
Organize and maintain the storage of goods in the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and categorization of stock.
Monitor stock levels and inform the management team when inventory is low or when products are nearing expiration.
Ensure that stock is stored in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare stock reports.
Assist with the preparation and dispatch of orders.
Ensure proper handling and storage of all cosmetic items, ensuring product quality and integrity.
Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, production, and logistics for smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the stock area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehousing or inventory management are a plus.
Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetic or retail industry.
Knowledge of inventory management software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
Preferred:
Experience in handling cosmetic products and understanding of their storage requirements.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
