Job Summary
Overview of the job :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage and maintain inventory and supplies in our store / warehouse. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing goods, and keeping accurate records of inventory.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Inspecting and verifying incoming materials and supplies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Organizing, labeling, and maintaining inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.
Monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment orders as needed to avoid shortages.
Distributing materials and supplies to production teams based on work orders and project schedules.
Ensuring proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Conducting routine inventory audits and updating data in the inventory management system.
Communicating with vendors and suppliers to resolve delivery discrepancies or quality issues.
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations when handling, storing, or moving materials.
Supporting the upkeep of a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse and storage environment.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution.
Demonstrating the ability to work both independently and effectively within a team setting.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Graduate in Store keeping, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., Tally, ERP, MS Excel).
Basic knowledge of stock control procedures and warehouse practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Team player with a proactive approach
Experience
Graduate with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in store management or inventory control.
