Reporting to: Warehouse Supervisor / Supply Chain Manager
Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of all food and non-food items in line with Al Khaleejiah’s operational needs and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify items against purchase orders and invoices.
- Store materials properly, ensuring safety and hygiene, especially for F&B products.
- Issue items to requesting departments with proper documentation.
- Track inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
- Record all stock movements using the approved inventory system (e.g., Jasir or Odoo).
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (logistics/supply certificate is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience as Store Keeper, preferably in catering or F&B.
- Familiar with inventory software and warehouse procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards.
