Storekeeper Jobs in Dubai at RAS Investment Group
are a leading restaurant group seeking an experienced and organized Storekeeper to manage and oversee all inventory operations at our central warehouse/main kitchen. The candidate will be responsible for receiving goods, inspecting quality, managing stock levels, and ensuring full adherence to food safety and inventory control standards.
​Key Responsibilities
- ​Receiving & Inspection: Receive fresh, frozen, and dry food items from suppliers, verifying quantities, prices, and quality against purchase orders (POs).
- ​Inventory Control: Track daily incoming and outgoing inventory, update stock management software, and perform regular physical stock counts.
- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature control for chillers/freezers) and strictly enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards to prevent expiration and waste.
- ​Stock Requisition: Coordinate with kitchen managers and section heads to fulfill daily stock requisitions efficiently.
- ​Waste & Discrepancy Tracking: Monitor wastage, record damaged or expired goods, and report any stock discrepancies to the management.
- ​Hygiene & Safety: Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas in compliance with local food authority and municipality regulations.
​Requirements & Qualifications
- ​Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper specifically in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Restaurant sector.
- ​System Knowledge: Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- ​Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety standards, shelf-life management, and proper temperature storage protocols.
(Interviews will be conducted strictly at our Head Office).
Pay: AED1,200.00 – AED1,500.00 per month
