Avamels Printing Solutions is seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage our inventory and warehouse operations at our Riyadh facility. This role is critical to ensuring smooth stock handling, efficient storage, and accurate documentation of materials and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming printing materials, supplies, and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management systems.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the procurement team.
Organize and label stock in a systematic and accessible manner.
Coordinate with departments for timely issuance of materials based on project needs.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of all items in the warehouse.
Conduct regular stock checks and participate in annual inventory audits.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the storage area.
Prepare reports related to inventory movements and stock levels.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a storekeeper or inventory clerk, preferably in a printing or manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
