The Role
The  Store Manager isaccountable for
sales performance
, focusing on growth andprofitability,
customer satisfaction

merchandising
standards,
store operations
, and the
training and development
of the entirestaff.
What You Will Do People Development  / HRNetworks, supports recruiting,hiring, developing, and retaining high-quality management andassociates to fill store profiles and successionplanning.
Leads by example, trains, developsand provides ongoing
feedback and coaching
on
product knowledge
,selling skills,
visual merchandising
, and delivering the customerexperience.
Organizes weekly staff meetings anddaily briefings to recap store performance, and to communicate newcompany goals and strategies, as well as new store procedures andperformance targets.
Customer Experience /Sales Ensures an excellent level ofcustomer service is a priority at all times by executing andachieving the Customer Experience consistently through regularassessment, coaching and follow-up withteam
Maintains visibility and leads by exampleon the selling floor to answer customer questions and supports allselling functions
Implements all visualmerchandising standards, directives, promotions, and overallcleanliness and organization of the sales floor andstockroom.
Drive Sales &Profitability Meets or exceeds profitabilityexpectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink andconversion
Creates and executes strategies tomaximize store sales and control expenses
Operational Effectiveness Controls  company assets by meetingall loss
prevention
measures (consistent management of inventory,in- and out-bound stock movements, sales, returns, exchange, storemaintenance, etc)
Executes and complies withall company policies and store procedures
Required Skills To Be Successful Good  command of business English(written and verbal)
Good computer skills(Outlook, Excel & SAP) and detailed report analysisskills
Strong level of numeracy &literacy
Some heavylifting
Scheduled shifts may require standingfor a minimum of eight hours

Minimum Qualification  andKnowledge
Education:
High school
education
, Diploma or equivalentpreferred
Minimum Experience Minimum  two years of Assistant Store Manager experience with a
proven track record
fordriving sales and profit results and training and developing a teamof individuals preferably from the Fashionindustry.
