Our Store Manager is responsiblefor driving the store business. They work towards achieving thestore sales target build a base of loyal VIP customers byrecruiting and retaining them manage the team and ensure fulladherence to the brands guidelines and storeprocesses.
Key Responsibilities
Drive  theBusiness
Lead by example
and representthe brand by communicating its values and philosophy though allactivities and interactions with customers and other teammembers
Define execute and monitor the storeaction plan to achieve
sales targets
andKPIs.Manage the customer database to buildstrong relationship with customers and create future potentialselling opportunities
Stay ahead of latesttrends products and competitors and share feedback with relevantstakeholders in the backoffice team. Conduct quarterly SWOTanalysis and discuss the outcome with your team and linemanager.
Think hybrid by leveraging all type ofpoint of sales online andoffline.
