Responsibilities:
Store Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the grocery store.
- Ensure the store opens and closes on time.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and an organized shopping environment.
- Monitor store performance and implement operational improvements.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Delegate tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Reduce stock losses due to damage, expiry, or theft.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits.
- Ensure proper storage of food products following hygiene standards.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Plan promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer traffic and sales.
Customer Service
- Ensure customers receive prompt and professional assistance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure staff follow customer service standards.
Cash & Financial Management
- Supervise cash handling and daily cash reconciliation.
- Monitor POS transactions and minimize billing errors.
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
