We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our flagship luxury boutique in the UAE. As the face of our brand, you will curate an unparalleled shopping experience, inspire a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of retail management experience, specifically within the luxury or high-end premium sector (experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred).
- A strong background in Women’s High Fashion, Fine Jewelry, or Luxury Clienteling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to engage effortlessly with affluent clientele and stakeholders.
- A charismatic leader who leads by example, fosters a collaborative culture, and possesses strong emotional intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of hitting commercial milestones and managing boutique P&L.
