About the Role:
REAPHR & Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager for a renowned supermarket retail company based in Al Ain. This leadership role requires overseeing daily operations, managing a team of staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a profitable store environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supermarket management, familiarity with UAE products, and a proactive approach to increasing sales and improving store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring all departments (produce, dairy, meat, etc.) run smoothly.
Maintain adequate stock levels, monitor inventory, and ensure timely product reordering.
Ensure the store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
Staff Management and Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
Schedule shifts, manage staffing levels, and handle payroll administration.
Conduct performance reviews, offer training, and address employee-related issues.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure an outstanding customer experience by supervising customer service practices.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Profitability:
Drive sales and profitability by achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Create and implement promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure the store stays within budget.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement safety protocols.
Ensure adherence to UAE laws and retail regulations.
Stock and Product Knowledge:
Stay knowledgeable about store products, especially UAE-specific goods and local brands.
Manage product displays, signage, and shelving to optimize sales.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a supermarket or retail setting.
Strong understanding of UAE products and local market trends.
Proven success in managing staff and driving store performance.
Skills:
Strong leadership, management, and team-motivating skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Sound knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Age: Preference for candidates under 40 years, but applicants up to 45 years will also be considered.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management or a related field (preferred).

Candidates who have degree from banned nationalities is also acceptable
Candidates who have a visit visa (banned nationalities) are not acceptable.
