Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations efficiently.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve complaints.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.
• Control operational costs and expenses.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing F&B stores, restaurants, or cafés.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Proficiency in POS and operational systems.
