Store Keeper – Joinery Factory | Interior Fit-Out | Manufacturing Jobs in Dubai at DYNAMIC MOTION
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Keeper to join our growing Joinery & Interior Fit-Out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling within a joinery, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using an ERP or inventory management system.
- Issue materials to production and project teams against approved Material Requisition Forms (MRFs).
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the Procurement Department.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure safe, clean, and efficient storage.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Manage and control joinery materials, hardware, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QA/QC, and Project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain proper documentation for all material movements and inventory transactions.
- Follow company Health, Safety, and Quality procedures.
Materials You Will Handle
- MDF, Plywood, Veneer, Solid Wood, Timber, Laminates, Acrylic, Corian
- Furniture hardware, fittings, screws, locks, hinges, drawer runners
- Adhesives, paints, thinners, polish materials, finishing consumables
- Factory tools, equipment, and project materials
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a Joinery, Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Fit-Out, or Construction company.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of joinery materials and furniture hardware.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
