WE ARE HIRING – STORE KEEPER
White Foam Coffee Shop is looking for an experienced Store Keeper to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize and store inventory according to company standards and food safety requirements.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory system daily.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages before they affect operations.
- Prepare and issue stock to branches based on approved requests.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies.
- Label products with receiving and expiry dates and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Officer, Central Kitchen, and Branch Managers to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Prepare inventory reports and assist during stock audits.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper (Restaurant/Café experience is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience with inventory systems (Foodics experience is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and stock control.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to work under pressure.
