Al Khanji Enterprise is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. This role requires a professional with 2-3 years of experience in store keeping, inventory control, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate should be capable of efficiently managing stock levels, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Management :
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory levels regularly to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Stock Handling & Organization :
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of materials for easy identification and access.

Receiving & Dispatching Goods :
Oversee the receiving of deliveries, verify invoices, inspect goods for quality, and ensure proper documentation.

Stock Auditing & Reporting :
Conduct routine stock checks, and audits, and generate detailed reports on stock movements.

Coordination & Communication :
Work closely with suppliers, procurement teams, and other departments to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth workflow.

Safety & Compliance :
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse/store, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Forecasting & Planning :
Assist in forecasting stock requirements based on demand trends and company needs.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store keeping, warehouse operations, or inventory control.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.

Ability to operate and maintain warehouse equipment efficiently.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Inventory Software preferred).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Physically capable of handling stock movements when required.
