Title: Store Keeper

Role Purpose
To manage material storage and issuance at Innovo Infrastructure project site stores, ensuring accurate stock records and safe, organised storage of materials and equipment.
Key Accountabilities
- Stock Management
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment at the site store.
- Issue materials to site teams against approved requisitions and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inventory Control
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile with ERP records.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe storage area in line with HSE requirements.
- Receiving & Inspection
- Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes for quantity and condition.
- Flag damaged or non-conforming deliveries to the Stores Supervisor and Material Engineer.
- Documentation
- Maintain goods received notes, material requisition forms, and issue vouchers accurately.
- Update bin cards and stock ledgers for all material movements.
- Equipment & Tool Handling
- Issue and track small tools and equipment loaned to site teams.
- Inspect returned tools and equipment for damage before restocking.
- Innovation & Value Creation
- Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.
- Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Diploma or secondary education
- Minimum 3–5 years of store keeping experience in construction
