Store In-Charge (Luxury Hospitality) Jobs in Doha at Inspire Management Training Center
We are looking for an experienced Store In-Charge to join our hospitality team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and issuing stock, and ensuring proper storage procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure quality, quantity, and specifications match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock received and issued, ensuring inventory data is updated regularly.
- Conduct monthly stock counts, inventory checks, and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor daily stock levels for beverage outlets and conduct regular spot checks to identify and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, security, and storage of all items within the store.
- Implement proper stock rotation procedures to prevent spoilage and wastage.
- Manage and control Food & Beverage (F&B) requisitions and ensure proper authorization before issuing items.
- Verify all received goods meet required specifications and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
- Investigate stock variances and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain stock levels according to approved inventory requirements.
- Prepare monthly stock reports, expenditure reports, and inventory summaries for the Finance Manager.
- Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth inventory operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Higher Secondary Education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Store In-Charge role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Experience handling F&B inventory, beverage stocks, and hotel store operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and record keeping.
- Ability to use inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
