We are looking for an experienced Store In-Charge to manage our store and inventory operations for Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm materials and equipment.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm materials, equipment, spare parts, and tools.
- Verify received materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement Department for replenishment.
- Maintain proper identification, labeling, and organized storage of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with ERP/inventory records.
- Control the issuance and return of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Maintenance, and Site Teams regarding material requirements.
- Prepare stock, material movement, and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security of the store.
- Support internal and external stock audits.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store/warehouse and inventory management.
- Previous experience in a Fire Protection / Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm company is required.
- Good knowledge of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm materials, equipment, spare parts, and tools.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of ERP/inventory systems and MS Excel.
- Strong inventory control and documentation skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Procurement, Projects, Maintenance, and Technical Teams.
