Store In-charge Jobs in Dubai at GALAXY METAL INDUSTRIES LLC – PROCESS PLANT EQUIPMENT DIVISION
We are looking for an experienced Store In-Charge to join our growing fabrication company in the UAE specifically in Plant Process Equipment (Oil & Gas) field.
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store In-Charge in the fabrication, steel, Piping or manufacturing industry.
2. Graduate or Diploma holder.
3. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Hands-on experience with Focus ERP or SAP software.
6. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all store operations efficiently.
2. Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
3. Maintain accurate records of material receipts, stock movement, and inventory.
Update inventory transactions in Focus ERP or SAP on a daily basis.
4. Maintain daily consumable records and stock registers.
5. Supervise and guide Storekeepers to ensure smooth store operations.
6. Coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments for timely material availability.
7. Conduct regular stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
8. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store.
