Now part of LVMH since 1995, the brand seeks a Store Director for its new Abu Dhabi location. The Store Director will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading the team, and representing the brand’s values and image.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the team to meet sales goals and ensure excellent customer service.
Implement marketing strategies and develop customer relationships through CRM activities and events.
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
Oversee store operations, HR policies, stock management, and security procedures.
Lead recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff scheduling.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and financial regulations.
Profile
Qualifications include a graduate or equivalent, with senior retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory;
Arabic is preferred. The candidate should be results-oriented, innovative, and well-connected locally, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
