Job Overview:
As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in simplifying the property-buying process for our clients. By leveraging your communication skills, you will understand their preferences deeply and provide personalized property options and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying and selling existing residential properties in the secondary market.
Market and advertise properties, including conducting open houses and online listings.
Provide expert advice on property pricing, market trends, and investment potential.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to secure optimal deals.
Coordinate property showings and ensure properties are presented in their best light.
Prepare and manage legal documents, contracts, and disclosures related to property transactions.
Guide clients through the mortgage and financing process, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on local real estate laws, market conditions, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE Renting & Secondary Market
Strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
