Role Summary
We are seeking a Storage Administrator to manage and support enterprise storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and data protection across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer NetApp ONTAP and HPE storage platforms (3PAR/Nimble/Primera)
- Perform storage provisioning (LUNs, volumes, file shares)
- Manage SAN/NAS environments (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB)
- Monitor storage performance, capacity, and health
- Implement replication and backup solutions (SnapMirror, Remote Copy)
- Troubleshoot storage issues and perform upgrades/patching
- Ensure disaster recovery, high availability, and data protection
- Collaborate with server, database, and application teams
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP and HPE storage platforms
- Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS, RAID, and storage protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB)
- Experience in backup, replication, and DR solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
