We are looking for a Stock Controller to ensure optimal inventory levels, accurate record-keeping, and smooth supply chain operations within a specific branch. They manage incoming and outgoing goods, prevent stockouts or overstocking, conduct audits, and collaborate closely with branch, warehouse, and sales teams
Key Responsibilitie
s1-Stock Managemen
t• Monitor stock levels across all stores and ensure product availability
.• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
.• Ensure proper stock distribution based on sales performance and demand
.• Prevent overstock and stock shortages
.2-Inventory Contro
l• Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly / monthly)
.• Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions
.• Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded (receiving, transfers, returns)
.• Maintain high accuracy between physical stock and system stock
.3-Transfers & Replenishmen
t• Manage stock transfers between stores efficiently
.• Coordinate with stores to ensure timely replenishment
.• Follow up on pending transfers and ensure completion
.4-Coordination with the tea
m• Follow up regularly with the merchandising team in Kuwait
.• Place stock orders based on sales performance and stock needs
.• Ensure timely supply and alignment with business requirements
.5-Reporting & Analysi
s• Prepare regular stock reports (fast-moving, slow-moving, out-of-stock items)
.• Analyse stock performance and provide recommendations
.• Highlight risks such as ageing stock, shortages, or excess stock
.6-Compliance & Organizatio
n• Ensure proper storage standards and stock handling
.• Maintain organised stockrooms as per brand standards
.• Follow company policies and inventory procedures
.7-Coordinatio
n• Work closely with store teams, supervisors, and operations
.• Support stores in resolving stock-related issues
.• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics when needed

Requirements
:• Bachelor’s degree in a related fiel
d.•4+ years of experience in retail stock control or inventory managemen
t.•Strong attention to detail and accurac
y.•Good analytical and reporting skill
s.•Ability to manage multiple store
