We’re looking for a hands-on and organized Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team and keep kitchen operations running smoothly. You’ll ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper kitchen support while maintaining high standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the stewarding team during daily operations
- Ensure all kitchen, dishwashing, and back-of-house areas are clean and organized
- Monitor hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Manage cleaning schedules and stewarding supplies
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to support service flow
- Train team members and maintain discipline and teamwork
- Ensure proper waste management and equipment handling
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor in hospitality or restaurants
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and team-player mindset
