STEM instructor running different workshops
General expectations for staff:
a) To engage with the students and offer them a memorable experience.
b) To engage with the parents and offer them a memorable experience also, our parents are often high profile and must get a personal and high-quality experience.
c) To be vigilant with health and safety, the students’ safety is our number one priority.
e) You should not be spending time playing with your mobile phone, mobiles are necessary for many things including emergencies, but when you are leading a session you should not be spending time on your mobile.
f) Do not let any children leave without being signed out by a parent/guardian.
g) To report any incidents which appear to be irregular to normal standards. I.e injury, staff behavior to the manager.
h) To ensure children, are supervised when moving around the building, or going to student bathrooms.
i) Children shall not use adult bathrooms.
n) Not to discuss wages with other members of staff, campers or parents. All staff have different roles, expectations, qualifications and experience. Please be sensitive to this.
o) Help keep the school premises tidy and presentable. Replace or put back any used equipment from the facility, and report any damages or losses to leadership team. Avoid using consumables from the schools, if you must do so please report to the manager.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
