Job description
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for Infrastructure Construction to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 – 8 years of work experience in the UAE.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in Infrastructure Projects (Utilities and Roads)
Understanding of contract
Preparation of baseline program with logical sequence, resource loading, cost loading, knowledge about NOC Procedure, Critical path analysis, etc.
Preparation of Monthly / Weekly reports, project presentations, attending progress meetings
Identification of delay factors and alarm project team about delays and advice for mitigation strategy
Notification of delay following the contract preceding’s particular submission (intern & final) with delay strategy of delay analysis benefit the contractor
Preparation mitigation/recovery programs, generation of cash flow in weekly & monthly basis
Monitor and control resource productivity in a regular basis, coordinating with procurement for long lead items
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree In Civil
Required Skills:
Expertise in Primavera P6, PowerPoint, CAD, Excel, Word
Ability to handle Multiple projects Independently
Proactive measures and ability to work with minimum supervision
