Role: Barista

Job description:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstation.
Assist in restocking inventory, such as coffee beans, milk, syrups and other supplies.
Ensure all drinks are made to the highest quality standards and customer specifications.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a positive and calm manner.
Follow all health and safety guidelines for food handling and beverage preparation.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Experience & skills:
Previous experience in a café or restaurant is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso drinks and latte art is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
