Responsibilities
- Execute flawless beverage preparation according to strict global Starbucks standards, memorizing complex seasonal recipes and custom customer requests.
- Manage rapid Point of Sale (POS) transactions, ensuring absolute cash drawer accuracy while maintaining a fast-paced queue flow.
- Enforce rigorous store hygiene and food safety protocols, cleaning espresso machines, restocking heavy inventory, and passing unannounced corporate Mystery Shopper audits.
