Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Stainless Steel Fabricator & Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant UAE experience in stainless steel fabrication, preferably within the commercial kitchen equipment industry. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
The candidate will be responsible for stainless steel fabrication, installation, and taking full charge of assigned site works. The role requires someone who is technically skilled, capable of working independently, and able to supervise and coordinate fabrication and installation activities at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment and related items.
- Carry out stainless steel fabrication at the workshop and on-site whenever required.
- Install kitchen equipment and stainless steel items at project sites.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and measurements.
- Take accurate site measurements and ensure fabrication matches site requirements.
- Take full responsibility for assigned site fabrication and installation works.
- Supervise helpers and other workers at the site and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and other site personnel.
- Identify and resolve site-related fabrication and installation issues.
- Ensure proper finishing, alignment, dimensions, welding quality, and overall workmanship.
- Ensure all site work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and company standards.
- Handle site modifications and adjustments when required.
- Maintain proper coordination between the workshop and project site.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed at the workshop and project sites.
- Take responsibility for tools, materials, and equipment required for assigned site works.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
